Complimentary Shipping:

We take pride in offering you a seamless shopping experience. All orders, whether domestic or international, are eligible for complimentary shipping. We ensure that your carefully crafted pieces reach you in perfect condition. The estimated shipping time for all orders is within the range of 2 to 4 weeks. For U.S. addresses, we utilize FedEx 2Day®, while international addresses are serviced by FedEx Economy with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 days.

Signature Upon Delivery:

To uphold the security and integrity of your order, a signature is required upon delivery. This extra layer of protection guarantees that your precious jewelry reaches your hands safely.

Shipping Confirmation and Details:

Upon successful delivery of your order to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing all pertinent delivery details. This notification ensures you are well-informed regarding the status of your package.

Rush Orders:

We understand that there are occasions when time is of the essence. For such instances, we make every effort to accommodate your specific time frame to the best of our ability.

Shipping Policies:

All orders necessitate a signature upon delivery.

We exclusively ship to physical home addresses and business addresses. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Orders bound for APO/FPO addresses will be entrusted to USPS for final delivery.

To ensure the security of your order, we are unable to modify shipping addresses after an order has been placed.

Once an order is confirmed, redirecting the package to an alternate address is regrettably not possible.

FedEx typically undertakes three (3) delivery attempts. Subsequent to the third unsuccessful attempt, the package will be returned to Swan & Co. Our team will liaise with you to determine the subsequent course of action.

The transfer of risk and title of the item occurs upon our delivery to the carrier, marking the transition to your ownership.

While we remain committed to timely delivery, unforeseen delays beyond our control may arise. Swan & Co. assumes no liability for such unforeseen delays. We are not accountable for shipping interruptions due to adverse weather conditions, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or updated address information.
